Maintenance and Repair

Maintenance is an important part of owning a car. It is ment to keep your car running as it should for years to come. We want to make sure your car is properly maintained and up to date with service schedules. Should a problem arise we can diagnose the problem so you can make an informed decision on what to do next.

Oil Changes

The worst possible thing to do to your car is run it without oil. Oil changes should be done about every 3 months or 3000 miles is a good rule of thumb this number changes depending on quality of oil and driving habits.

Synthetic oil lasts longer and is more slippery inside the engine. However is significantly more expensive.

Conventional oil is the standard oil used in most vehicles cheap and gets the job done.

Brakes

If you hear a squeaking noise while you brake thats your brakes telling you its time for a change. there are 2 usual options for changing brakes semi-metallic or ceramic.

Semi-metallic brakes are cheaper, easier on your rotors and good for heavy duty or performance vehicles but are louder than ceramics.

Cerammic brakes are quieter and produce less dust however cost more, hard on the rotors, and not ideal for performance or heavy duty applications.

Check Engine Light

Your car has many sensors to check the operation of the car. If it senses a problem the Check Engine or Maitenance Indicator Light will come on.

If the CEL or MIL is on bring it in and we can take a look at it for you at no charge.

If the CEL or MIL is on do not prolong a check up beacuse the long you let the problem stay the more likley it is to cause another issue.
