What is Cap?
The Comsumer Assistance Program (CAP) is the BAR's way of showing they care about the enviroment by helping you pay for repairs needed to improve your vehicles performance and emissions.

Tip: When appling for CAP you have the options of retiring your car for up to $1500 or reviecing $500 in credit for smog related repairs.
